It is in our stillness where we find our true self.. 🧘🏼♀️
Yoga and mindfulness learned me a lot.
It learned me how to find stillness in suffering.
It learned me to let go of my thoughts.
It learned me to push further then I thought I could.
It learned me my limits and most of the time I was able to raise the limits higher and higher.
Once a day I sit somewhere and focus on mindfulness. Sometimes in the morning when I just woke up, sometimes in the middle of the day and sometimes just before I go to sleep.
Because most of our lives we are sleepwalking, just doing instead of being. Finding that still place in yourself will remind you to be in the moment. 😌🧘🏼♀️

Unfortunately I got a little ill after travelling to the Sierra Nevada. 🤧🥴 As riding my bike is not really possible at the moment, I am making the best out of it. It’s difficult to not do much, but let’s trust the process 🫡 At least we know that Vit D has a positive influence on our health 🤓...
I am surrounded by so many strong women. 🫶🏼 We are allowed to do whatever we love to do the most. It’s crazy to think that this is not the same for every woman in this world.
Today it’s International Women’s Day and on a day like this it is good to take a moment and realize how blessed we are. It is also a day where we can stand still by the many women in this world, who have to fight for freedom and equal rights.
